Custom designed Ute trays

We had a client come in that wanted

a Tray for his Ute that was different and built to suit his needs.

It had to be full sized tray and strong but light in weight, With this in mind We set to work designing this for him, in this case constructed from 3mm Aluminium, with 8 mounting points to the chassis and fully powder coated in a tough anti scratch powder coat (Textura)

Whole tray incl support steel cross braces is around 125 -150kg when made from Aluminium.

We have CAD files for this and can be build to order. including custom aplications

Materials ether Aluminium or Steel depending on application can also arrange hot dip gal at cost.
